Talk about overpriced! This one is owned by Fannie Mae & they basically priced it $40,000 above the closed comps. It qualifies for Home Path financing which involves no appraisal contingency. You wait long enough & someone who has lost out on enough homes will bite on this hook. Really great home in decent shape with a nice yard. This is the 2nd foreclosure on this home as it sold for $385,000 in Dec of "07. Yikes!
